How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your platform's store or billing provider. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, go to your account settings:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Web: Profile → Settings → Subscription → Manage (via Stripe)

Mobile subscription changes must go through Apple or Google. Web subscriptions can be managed directly through our Stripe portal accessible from your profile.

How do build credits work, and are they refundable?

Build credits power the AI App Builder and are separate from your subscription. You buy them in one-time packs, and they're deducted after a build finishes based on the resources it used. Starting a build requires a Pro (or higher) subscription.

Builds that fail before producing a usable result are not charged, and retrying a failed build is free. Build credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. See our Terms of Service for details.

My daily quota ran out — when does it reset?

Daily quotas reset at midnight UTC. You can check your remaining quota at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Upgrading your plan increases your daily limit.

My search returned no results — what should I do?

Try broadening your search terms or switching category. If your daily quota is exhausted, searches will not return results until it resets. You can check your quota from the Profile screen.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app (iOS, Android, or Web): Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data is permanently removed immediately.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, your device model, and OS or Browser version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
